QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from relevant departments of universities
Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment and operational HR processes
Intermediate level English language skills
Analytical thinking and data-driven work skills
Ability to adapt to a busy operational pace and take an active role in the field
Strong communication skills and aptitude for teamwork
Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Excel) and Google Sheets

Coordinating with operations and planning teams to monitor headcount planning
Performing HR reporting and headcount tracking Monitoring daily wage employee processes
Managing discipline and employee relations processes
Taking an active role in blue-collar projects
Ensuring the effective use of HR systems and maintaining data accuracy
