Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities; business administration, economics, engineering faculties
At least 1 year of experience preferably in supply chain, operations
Good command of MS Office, (especially G-sheet and Excel knowledge)

Job Description

Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes
Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline
Prepare operational quality metrics reports and arrange meeting with sellers
Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects
Coordinate operational processes for new countries
Resolving tickets received from sellers
Supporting realated teams to enable Otif requirements
